Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, pristine condition and must have all original tags attached.
Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know of your intention to return or exchange an item, and we will issue a return authorization number to you. This number must be obtained if exchanges or credit are to be made.

Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Please take proper precaution when sending merchandise back to us. Kiki is not responisble for lost packages.
Once a return has been received, inspected, and accepted, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days for the proper amount (less any shipping charges).
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles, fragrances, sunglasses, special orders, and sale merchandise. It's just too risky.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable... unless of course it's our mistake!
Naturally, we try to make this part as easy as possible. Here's how it works...
Shopkikionline.com accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
We charge the appropriate sales tax for items shipped to the state of Louisiana. Customers who live outside Louisiana will not be charged sales tax.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or changed. Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do have a question or concern about your order.
We ship all packages to United States and Canada via USPS 3 Day Priority Mail. If you need you package sooner, we will be glad to accomodate. Just call the shop at 337.406.0904 and we can make the necessary arrangements.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If we receive your order early enough, we will usually ship your items that same day.
Most of the time, we offer free shipping for all goods shipped within the domestic United States. If we are not offering free shipping at a particular time, the shipping amount charged is calculated based on current shipping rates, insuarance rates, and cost of packaging.
For orders shipped outside the U.S., we typically ship using Global Priority Mail and charge applicable rates to each particular location (usually around $40).
