• All returns should be insured for the cost of the merchandise. www.shopkikionline.com will not be responsible for lost packages..
• Our customer service department will inspect merchandise upon return and will either accept or deny the return of such merchandise.
• Once a return has been accepted your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the purchase less any shipping charges.
• In the event a return is denied, we will return the merchandise back to the buyer at the buyer’s sole expense.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles, fragrances, sunglasses, and special orders.
• No refunds on sale or clearance merchandise.

Acceptable Payment Methods
ShopKikiOnline.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Sales Tax
ShopKikiOnline.com charges the appropriate sales tax for items shipped to the state of Louisiana. Customers who live outside Louisiana will not be charged sales tax.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. All packages will be shipped within two business days, unless otherwise indicated. Once your package is shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number for your package.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all order placed to the same address that total $250 and over. We ship all of our packages via UPS and all items are sent fully insured. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you order by 2pm Monday-Friday we will process and ship your order that day. If you order after 2pm Friday-Sunday your order will ship Monday. We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
International Shipping
For International orders, we ship Global Express through the United States Postal Service. Approximate delivery times are 5-8 business days. Cost is $40. For additional items and weight, charges will apply. Reduced rates for Canada shipping are possible, please contact us for an estimate on shipping.
